Choice is seeking to recruit a Senior Income Recovery Officer to lead and support the Income Recovery Team, manage complex financial cases, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to prevent arrears escalation. The role also involves compliance oversight, performance monitoring, budget management, and contributing to strategic reporting and risk assessment.
