The Regional Head of Tenant and Client Services is a key member of the Tenant & Client Services Senior Management Team. The post-holder will assist in the overall strategic planning and direction of the Association to ensure that the highest standards of service are maintained and that the organisation is best placed to face the challenge of a constantly changing social housing sector.
