Choice Services (Ireland) Ltd is part of the Choice Housing Group and provides response repairs and maintenance services to over 8,000 properties, including housing, apartments, and office buildings. The building services they provide include response maintenance, change of tenancy repairs, adaptations for disabled tenants, project works, electrical testing, and asbestos monitoring.
Choice Services is seeking to appoint a Painter to undertake response maintenance, change of tenancy, multi-trade, and project works. This will include responsibilities to deliver excellent customer service.
Essential Criteria- Must have completed a Painting apprenticeship and relevant NVQ Level 2 or 3 certification.
- Minimum 2 years post-apprentice experience.
- Must be eligible for trade-specific CSR card.
- Must be able to demonstrate a high level of experience and sound knowledge in the delivery of minor building and maintenance painting services.
- A minimum of 2 years relevant experience in the minor building and maintenance sector.
- Evidence of delivering high levels of customer service.
- Able to use a PDA, smartphone, or mobile working device.
- Current and valid full UK driving licence.
- Salary paid fortnightly.
- Paid overtime.
- Paid sick leave.

- Death in service benefit x3 annual salary.

- 20 annual leave days plus 12 statutory holidays and 5 additional days annual leave after 5 years' service.
