Choice is seeking to recruit a Cleaning & Security Manager to manage the annual £3 million budget for Cleaning & Security covering multiple schemes across Northern Ireland. You will combine hands-on inspections and quality monitoring with data-driven contract management to create clean, safe, compliant, and welcoming spaces for 14,000 tenants. Reporting to the Head of Facilities Management, you will be our go-to expert on all things cleaning and security, shaping strategy, and developing an attractive, well-maintained, and safe environment for our residents every day. This role is a blend of maintaining high standards of service, contract management, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning.
