Choice Services (Ireland) Ltd is part of the Choice Housing Group and provides response repairs and maintenance services to over 8,000 properties including housing, apartments and office buildings. The building services we provide include:
- Response maintenance
- Change of tenancy repairs
- Adaptions for disabled tenants
- Project works
- Electrical testing
- Asbestos monitoring
Electrician(s) Hourly Rate: £18.80 (£39,104 yearly) 40 hours per week.
Choice Services is seeking to appoint fully qualified Electricians to provide an efficient, responsive and excellent customer-focused service to Choice customers. Operating as a wholly owned subsidiary, Choice Services will initially focus on the provision of response repair services and Planned Works to a third of our stock, based largely in the Greater Belfast area. The objective is to deliver enhanced customer satisfaction and to drive better value for money for our stakeholders.
Essential Criteria:
- Minimum 2 years post apprentice experience
- Electrical NVQ Level 3 qualification
- Must be available for Out of Hours Call-Out Rota 1 week every 12 Weeks
- Current valid full UK driving licence
