Clearing & Cleaning Engineer
40 hours per week

Choice Services, the in-house service delivery organisation within Choice Housing, are looking to appoint a Clearing & Cleaning Engineer. This will include responsibilities to deliver excellent customer service. You will undertake internal and external clearing and cleaning of Void domestic properties to have them ready for their new occupants, loading & unloading materials to Choice Services store and at different site locations.
Essential Criteria:-
- A minimum of 2 years relevant experience in clearing and cleaning of Void domestic properties.
- A minimum of 2 years relevant experience in loading, delivering & unloading of materials to different site locations.
- Evidence of delivering high levels of customer service
- Able to use a PDA \\ smartphone \\ mobile working device.
- Current valid UK driving licence.
