The Tenant Engagement Officer will play a key role in delivering Choices Community Development and Tenant Engagement Strategy, ensuring tenants have meaningful opportunities to shape services, influence decision-making and strengthen their communities. Working closely with tenants, colleagues and community partners, the postholder will develop and deliver inclusive and innovative engagement activities that improve customer experience, support continuous service improvement and help create thriving, sustainable communities. You will act as an advocate for tenant voices across the organisation while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and promoting Choices values of Caring, Creative and Committed.
