The Sustainability & Energy Coordinator will manage energy monitoring activities, maintain environmental databases, and reduce energy consumption through site visits and recommendations. The role involves promoting sustainable behaviours, supporting biodiversity projects, and providing advice on retrofitting initiatives and energy efficiency. Staying updated on sustainability developments and providing training to colleagues and tenants are also key responsibilities.
