Stores and Fleet Coordinator

Choice Services is seeking to appoint a Stores and Fleet Coordinator. This role is essential to ensuring our maintenance teams can deliver first-class service to tenants. Youll manage materials, tools, PPE, and fleet coordination, helping technicians achieve first-time fixes and keeping our operations running smoothly. Its a hands-on, varied role where no two days are the same. This is an active role involving manual handling, stock movement, and working in a busy stores environment.
Essential criteria:-
- Experience in stores, stock control, or logistics environment.
- Ability to use IT/database systems and maintain accurate records
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full, valid UK driving licence and access to transport.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a maintenance, construction, logistics, or service-based environment.
- High level knowledge of building materials, tools, or stores operations.
- Experience working with stock, fleet, or workflow systems.

What youll do:
- Receive, check, and organise deliveries of materials, tools, and PPE
- Issue stock to technicians to support first-time fix performance
- Maintain accurate stock records and support stocktakes
- Coordinate fleet servicing, MOTs, and repairs
- Keep the stores clean, organised, and compliant with safety standards
- Support technicians and supervisors with operational queries
