Choice Housing is one of Northern Ireland's leading housing associations. They manage over 14,000 homes and support around 40,000 tenants, delivering a wide range of housing solutions including general needs, sheltered housing, support accommodation, and homes for families with complex needs.

Choice is seeking to appoint a Senior Business Analyst within the Digital Transformation Team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of the organisation's digital transformation journey, facilitating strong business engagement to drive innovation and success. You will bridge the gap between technology and business objectives, ensuring that digital solutions meet the evolving needs of the organisation. Your ability to understand and align digital strategies with the broader business landscape will be pivotal as you collaborate with cross-functional teams, listen to stakeholders, and advocate for the effective use of digital tools.
