Choice is seeking to recruit a Grounds Maintenance Surveyor. You will manage the annual £1.5 million budget for grounds maintenance covering multiple schemes and sites across Northern Ireland. You'll combine hands-on inspections with data-driven contract management to create green, biodiverse and welcoming spaces for 14,000 tenants. Reporting to the Head of Facilities Management, you'll be our go-to expert on all things horticulture and hard landscaping, shaping strategy, driving sustainability targets and developing an attractive, well-maintained environment for our residents every day. This role is a blend of technical surveying, contract management, stakeholder engagement and strategic planning.
