Choice Services (Ireland) Ltd is part of the Choice Housing Group and provides response repairs and maintenance services to over 8,000 properties including housing, apartments and office buildings. The building services we provide include: Response maintenance; Project works; Electrical testing and Asbestos monitoring.
Choice Services is seeking to appoint a Stores Supervisor. This role includes the supervision of stores, materials, tools and vehicles used to deliver maintenance services to the Choice Housing property portfolio. Including supervisory management duties of Store staff, as directed by the Business Services Manager within Choice Services.
Requirements:
- Sound knowledge of building materials with a minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in the maintenance, construction or services industry.
- Ability to use IT/database systems and keep records up to date.
- Current valid driving licence and access to private transport.
- Must be able to demonstrate a high level of knowledge and experience in the managing of stores, vehicles, waste and tools.
Salary paid fortnightly, Paid overtime, Non-essential car user allowance, Occupational sickness benefit, Death in service benefit x3 annual salary, 5% employer pension contribution, 20 Annual leave days plus 12 statutory holidays and 5 additional days annual leave after 5 years service, Paid maternity and 2 weeks paid paternity leave, Bereavement leave, Ongoing training and development plan, Health cash plan to include annual routine dental treatments, dental accident & injury, yearly optical, specialist consultations, diagnostic tests and scans, complementary therapies e.g. physiotherapy, acupuncture, osteopathy and chiropractic treatments, alternative therapies e.g. reflexology, head massage, allergy testing, and yearly health screening.
