Responsibilities
- The Quantity Surveyor manages cost control, budgeting, and financial reporting to ensure projects deliver value for money.
- They oversee contractual matters, including variations, claims, and final account negotiations.
- The role supports procurement activities, including preparing and evaluating tenders in line with approved contract frameworks.
- Working collaboratively with stakeholders, they provide expert advice and help ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications
- Degree in Quantity Surveying
- Working towards Full Professional Membership of RICS
- At least 3 years’ Quantity Surveying experience
- Experience in maintenance/project cost management/Delivering on budget
- Experience of NEC Contracts
- UK driving licence and access to car
