- Due to expansion they are looking for elemarketing sales executives to be based from their head office in Musselburgh.
The Role
- Contacting businesses throughout the UK by phone.
- You will be provided with a database of named leads some whom prior to your call will have received direct mail on the company’s services.
- Your objective will be to call the already identified decision maker, qualify the lead and raise a quote based on qualified questions.

Responsibilities
- Cold and warm call telemarketing.
- Fact finding with customer to establish their needs and qualify.
- Generation of qualified quotes to close.
- Achieving the key performance indicators (KPI’s), set targets and deadlines
- Providing a weekly prospect sheet and monthly reports
- Handling Customer queries and maintaining a high standard of customer care
- Keeping internal CRM system up to date.
- Handle all incoming enquiries in an efficient manner.
- Sending emails and quotes to prospective customers
- Liaising and working closely with the Field Sales team
