Where will you work?
Opened in 2020, Bridgman House is one of Choice Care’s newest residential homes. The home provides care and support for up to 12 individuals with mental health conditions. Bridgman House is a spacious 10 bedroom bungalow with an additional 2 apartments. The home is designed to support people primarily with mental health support needs such as bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, personality disorder but also other conditions such as autism. The apartments provide annexe style accommodation for individuals who benefit from a more bespoke environment and support.

Salary: £28,828.80 to £29,328 Annum (Salary based on a 48-hour contract. A higher range is offered to applicants with qualifications in health and social care)
Please note that the pay rate for successful applicants under the age of 21 may be slightly lower, in accordance with legal provisions for minimum wage differences based on age. This is reflective of the statutory guidance and is not indicative of the value we believe each team member brings to our company.
