Hours: 37.5 Salary: £26,458 per annum Overview of the role As a People Support Co‑ordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the PeopleTeam. This role will focus on employee relations to support our workforce and enhance the overall colleague experience. It will be instrumental in fostering a positive work environment, managing colleague concerns, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and internal policies. The People Coordinator will collaborate with the People Advisor and with managers and colleagues to drive engagement, resolve conflicts, and contribute to a fair and supportive workplace culture.
