Overview of the role

Key duties
- Providing personal care – including bathing, toileting, dressing and help with feeding
- Medication administration
- Assisting and getting involved in residents\’daily activities, hobbies or outings
- Following care plan guidance alongsideCompany policies and procedures
- Developing an open, honest, and considerate working relationship with residents
- Maintaining written daily records
- Attending and completingtraining, as required

Where will youwork?
Edwina Place is a brand-new Choice Care residential home that offers care and support for up to 12 individuals with mental health conditions. The home is designed to support people primarily with conditions such as bipolar disorder, schizophrenia and personality disorder, but will also support others. The outside space includes a garden for leisure use and parking. The home is situated in a residential area, with good transport links to nearby Bracknell town centre.
