Where will you work?
This service is provided by Witham Valley Care, our sister company in Lincoln. This residential service provides 24‑hour care for 6 adults with a learning disability and/or autism and challenging behaviours. The home is situated in a fully converted and updated farmhouse. Village Farm has six individual en‑suite bedrooms as well as communal space including a lounge, dining room and games room/second lounge. The home has a family feel with the individuals living here encouraged to participate in the day‑to‑day running of their home.
