We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and motivated individuals to join our Crisis Care Team. This is an exciting opportunity to support people in need and make a real difference within the community.
About The Role
As a member of the Crisis Care Team you will provide support to individuals experiencing crisis situations, working closely with colleagues and other professionals to ensure service users receive high-quality care, dignity, and respect at all times.
Shift Pattern
- Morning Shift: 7:00 am – 1:30 pm
- Evening Shift: 4:00 pm – 10:00 pm
Flexibility to work across both shift patterns is essential.
Positions Available: 3 crisis care team member roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred support during times of crisis.
- Promote safety, wellbeing, and independence.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
- Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team.
- Respond calmly and professionally in challenging situations.
- Attend to line requests and provide care to allow hospital discharge until a care package has been sourced.

- Caring and empathetic approach.

- Experience in care, support work, mental health, or crisis services (desirable but not essential).
