We are a family business and have been providing care in the area for 26 years. We support people from areas including Blackburn, Darwen, Accrington, Oswaldtwistle and Burnley and you will stay in one location throughout the night.
If you have no experience, you will receive the hourly rate of £12.25 per hour, you will be trained first of all in our classroom by our in-house registered nurse and management team, and then be mentored one on one by one of our experienced qualified carers. If you have at least 6 months caring experience, you will receive the hourly rate of £12.60 per hour. If you already hold your NVQ level 2 or higher in Health & Social care, or once you achieve this your pay goes up to £13.00.

Choice Care was founded in 1999 by husband and wife, Andrew and Fiona Key. With more than 70 years’ experience in the health and social care sector, we strive to provide the best possible care and support for some of the most vulnerable people in our community, tailoring our care services to meet their needs.
We provide induction training and carers must reach the required level of knowledge in each subject area. They must also complete a number of shifts with a supervisor to make sure they’re competent at following care plans and delivering the required level of care. New recruits will also be working on achieving their diploma/NVQ qualification in care, which takes between 6 and 9 months to complete.
