The role consists of shift work and weekends on a rota basis. Overview of the role

- Providing personal care â including bathing, toileting, dressing and help with feeding
- Medication administration
- Assisting and getting involved in residents' daily activities, hobbies or outings
- Following care plan guidance alongside Company policies and procedures

Where will you work?
Woodlands is a large, detached home in the village of Bartley in the New Forest, providing residential support for six residents with learning disabilities and associated complex emotional and behavioural needs. Woodlands offers a friendly, relaxed atmosphere, where residents can live together as one large family. The home provides 24âhour support from a trained and experienced team, with a clear and structured approach. An individualised dayâcare programme offers a variety of social, occupational and leisure activities. The home has its own vehicles for local travel including regular trips to nearby Southampton for shopping, leisure activities such as going to the cinema, swimming and horseâriding, and for those attending college. Owning and looking after pets is supported to encourage a sense of responsibility.
