Key duties:
- Providing personal care - including bathing, toileting, dressing and help with feeding
- Medication administration
- Assisting and getting involved in residents' daily activities, hobbies or outings
- Following care plan guidance alongside Company policies and procedures
- Developing an open, honest, and considerate working relationship with residents
- Maintaining written daily records
- Attending and completing training, as required

Where will you work? Linden Farm is a 10-bed supported living service for young adults with a diagnosis of Autism and Learning Disabilities. Located in the village of Alfold, near Cranleigh, and set in extensive grounds, the service consists of 5 individual apartments and 5 beds located in generous communal surroundings. Residents at Linden Farm engage in an extensive activities program which includes horse riding, swimming, bowling, and a range of other outdoor and indoor pursuits. They are supported by a team consisting of Social Care Workers, Activities co-ordinators and a small team of drivers. Parents and families play a pivotal role in engaging with the Linden Farm team to provide a comprehensive support structure for residents.
