Key duties
- Providing personal care - including bathing, toileting, dressing and help with feeding
- Medication administration
- Assisting and getting involved in residents' daily activities, hobbies or outings
- Following care plan guidance alongside company policies and procedures
- Developing an open, honest, and considerate working relationship with residents
- Maintaining written daily records
- Attending and completing training, as required

Where will you work?
Cambria House is a large, detached home, two minutes’ walk from the busy town centre of Winchester, within easy reach of the shops, train station, cinemas, college and sports centre. The home provides support for up to eight adult men with mild learning disabilities, autism and associated emotional, behavioural and communication challenges. Residents are semi-independent but require ongoing 24-hour support from a team of experienced staff. Residents are encouraged to socialise and take part in community events. They are involved in theatre, football, local day centres and social clubs, and a nearby gym. There is an excellent public transport network, allowing easy access to local educational and recreational activities. The home also has its own transport for leisure, recreational and educational outings.
