Care Without Compromise, a Choice Care sister company in Wales, supports people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions and associated complex needs. With its own clinical team, Care Without Compromise has a particular expertise in understanding and supporting individuals with challenging behaviours. Specialist therapeutic services are integrated into the day to day person-centred support offered to the people we support, enabling them to progress towards a more meaningful and enjoyable daily life.
Staff are fully trained in Positive Behavioural Support and are encouraged to develop their skills and career with the company, providing consistency and stability in the services.

Overview Of The Role

Key duties
- Providing personal care – including bathing, toileting, dressing and help with feeding
- Medication administration
- Assisting and getting involved in residents\’ daily activities, hobbies or outings
- Following care plan guidance alongside Company policies and procedures
- Developing an open, honest, and considerate working relationship with residents
- Maintaining written daily records
- Attending and completing training, as required

The Beeches a part of Care Without Compromise, our sister company in Wales is a large, detached property that can support up to 9 men and women of various ages with a range of mental health disorders including personality disorders, schizophrenia, acquired brain injury and related complex needs. With its own clinical team, Care Without Compromise has a particular expertise in understanding and supporting individuals with who display behaviours of challenge. Specialist therapeutic services are integrated into the support for each person, enabling them to progress towards a more meaningful and enjoyable daily life. Staff are fully trained in Positive Behaviour Support and encouraged to develop their skills and career with the company, providing consistency and stability in the homes.
