Key Duties

• Providing personal care, including bathing, toileting, dressing, and feeding assistance
• Medication administration
• Supporting residents in daily activities, hobbies, and outings
• Following care plans and company policies
• Building honest and caring relationships with residents
• Maintaining daily written records
• Attending training sessions as required

Personal Attributes

Patience, reliability, flexibility, teamwork, and good communication skills are essential for success in this role.
