Overview The role of the Senior Social Care Worker is to provide support and guidance to a team of social care workers, whilst ensuring you always provide the highest level of care and lead by example. You will also liaise with the seniors in the home reporting any matters of concern. You must have experience in the care sector and have the willingness to learn and expand on your previous knowledge. The large rear garden backs onto farmland and has a lawn, patio seating area, a deck and a summerhouse. The home has its own transport for local travel and leisure and recreational pursuits, including walks around the beautiful countryside.SL000
