Salary: £12.23 to £12.23 Annum (Salary based on a 48-hour contract. A higher range is offered to applicants with qualifications in health and social care)

Key duties
- Providing personal care - including bathing, toileting, dressing and help with feeding
- Medication administration
- Assisting and getting involved in residents' daily activities, hobbies or outings
- Following care plan guidance alongside Company policies and procedures
- Developing an open, honest, and considerate working relationship with residents
- Maintaining written daily records
- Attending and completing training, as required

Catherine Care, our sister company in Staffordshire, offers Day Opportunities for adults with learning disabilities, autism and associated complex needs. The Day Opportunities are open 9.00am - 4.00pm, Monday to Friday. The services are designed to encourage independence, improve wellbeing, and to adapt to the changing needs of individuals and families throughout their lives. Through providing local and sustainable support that is consistent, reliable, and flexible, we enable people to live the lives they want to lead and thrive. Staff are fully trained and are encouraged to develop their skills and career with the company, providing consistency and stability across the services.
