We are looking for people with the following skills and attributes: kind and caring, positive with a 'can do' attitude, enjoy a varied role with daily differences, interested in people and rehabilitation, interested in learning new things, practical life experience.
Hours: 33 hours per week. Salary: £13.45 per hour.
Responsibilities include working on a varied rota including weekend work, collaborating with the neuro‑therapy team to implement goals and strategies, and helping people regain lost skills and confidence to move onto a more fulfilled life.
Training includes comprehensive neuro‑rehabilitation training and mentoring from an experienced team. We offer a career development programme including management training and staff awards. The role is based at our residential service in Holmewood, Chesterfield and may involve weekend shifts. Bank, part-time, and full-time contracts are available.
