We are hiring a strong Supervisor who wants to move into management quickly. This is not a casual job. This is a 3-month proving ground.
The Opportunity
Start as Supervisor (hourly) at ÂŁ13.50âÂŁ15.00 per hour + tronc (minimum ÂŁ2 per hour, often more). After 3 months, step into a salaried Assistant Manager role at ÂŁ32,000-ÂŁ35,000 per year + bonus, if performance standards are met.
