- Oversee inventory management, including stock control and order fulfilment.
- Lead and develop a team of warehouse staff, providing training and performance evaluations.
- Implement and maintain warehouse processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse operations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and service providers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in warehouse management or logistics operations, typically 3-5 years.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a warehouse environment.
