We are looking for an experienced, passionate and commercially minded Concession Manager to lead our Selfridges team.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of one of our flagship locations, delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving sales, developing your team and maintaining the highest operational standards.. .

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the Selfridges concession, ensuring an exceptional customer experience at all times..
  • Recruit, train, coach and develop a high-performing team, creating a positive and engaging working environment..
  • Lead by example, inspiring the team to achieve sales targets, maximise opportunities and consistently deliver outstanding service..
  • Monitor sales performance, KPIs and labour costs, implementing action plans to drive commercial success..
  • Ensure the concession is impeccably presented, maintaining excellent visual merchandising standards in line with both Chococo and Selfridges expectations..
  • Manage stock levels, ordering, deliveries, stock counts and inventory accuracy to minimise waste and maximise availability..
  • Ensure all company policies, food safety regulations and Selfridges operational procedures are consistently followed..
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues professionally, maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction..
  • Prepare staff rotas, manage scheduling and support payroll administration where required..
  • Build strong working relationships with the Selfridges management team and represent the Chococo brand with professionalism..
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales, customer engagement and operational efficiency..

Requirements

  • Previous management experience in premium retail, luxury retail, hospitality or food retail..
  • A proven track record of leading teams and achieving commercial targets..
  • Strong leadership, coaching and people management skills..
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset..
  • Passion for premium food, gifting and delivering memorable customer experiences..
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and perform in a fast-paced retail environment..
  • Confident using POS systems and retail reporting to monitor business performance..
  • Flexible to work weekends, evenings and public holidays in line with Selfridges trading hours..
