Role Description
The Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Leicester, responsible for leading and executing Chocoberry’s marketing strategy across existing and upcoming locations.
This role involves developing and managing campaigns to build brand awareness, drive footfall, and support new store launches, including digital, social media, in-store, and local community initiatives.
The Marketing Manager will oversee content and collateral creation, coordinate with design and operations teams, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
They will analyze performance data, track KPIs, and optimize campaigns, while managing budgets and relationships with agencies, partners, and vendors.
Day-to-day responsibilities also include market research, competitor analysis, and supporting franchise and international expansion with localized, experience-focused marketing plans.
Qualifications
- Experience in marketing strategy and campaign management, ideally in hospitality, retail, or consumer brands.
- Strong digital marketing skills, including social media management, paid campaigns, email marketing, and basic analytics.
- Proficiency in brand management and content development, including briefing and reviewing creative assets and copy.
- Ability to conduct market and customer research, analyze performance metrics, and translate insights into actionable plans.
