Own end-to-end event execution, from merchandise, print collateral, and booth creative concepts to detailed calendar planning with regional teams.
Oversee external vendors and partners, including agencies, venues, and design teams, to ensure seamless and high-quality execution under pressure.
Manage executive visibility at events, securing speaking slots and panels, preparing slide decks, and partnering with senior leaders (including the CEO) to deliver impactful presentations.
Track and optimize performance, measuring lead generation, ROI, and attendee feedback.
Brief, QA, and launch creative assets with a sharp eye for detail and brand consistency.
