Our AI-focused software connects distributors with their customers to operate waste-free and efficiently. We are hiring to lead the delivery of Choco’s most impactful global events and campaigns during a maternity leave. You’ll help ensure our marketing stays consistent, effective, and well-coordinated with a foundation in operations, creative collaboration, and stakeholder alignment.
This is a role for someone who loves to bring structure to complexity, keeps things moving with care and precision, and enjoys making marketing more efficient and joyful to deliver.
What You’ll Do
- Plan and execute major events across US, UK, and EMEA (e.g. tradeshows, booths, partner activations, field events)

- Brief, QA, and launch creative assets with strong attention to detail and brand alignment
- Own campaign operations in HubSpot — building emails, forms, lists, and reports
- Manage and update CMS content (e.g. event pages, campaign hubs)
- Collaborate across functions — Product Marketing, Sales, Designers, Martech, RevOps
- Use AI tools to streamline execution and scale campaign workflows
- Maintain clear communication, enforce timelines, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
What You Bring

- Proven ability to juggle timelines, logistics, and multiple stakeholders with calm and focus
- Experience working in fast-paced teams where flexibility, communication, and self-direction are key
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Craft/WordPress, Canva, or Figma
- A curious, hands-on approach to learning — especially when it comes to tech and automation
- Clear communicator who values alignment and brings structure to collaboration
- Confidence using AI tools like ChatGPT to make workflows smarter, not harder
- A natural organizer who finds satisfaction in seeing things through from start to finish
