Join Choco, where we build and own solutions that reshape a broken food system.

The global food supply chain is inefficient by design.

Waste is high, margins are thin, and most distributor order processes are done over the phone, tracked across broad spreadsheets, and based on intuition rather than strong data.

At Choco, we’re changing that.

We build software used daily by food distributors and their customers to run their business.

It automates orders, reduces errors, and helps operations run faster and more reliably.

Because it’s embedded in daily operations, our Saa S platform has immediate, real-world impact, on efficiency, margins, and how businesses run day to day.

As Head of Revenue Operations, you will build and lead the commercial operating engine that enables sustainable, predictable growth across the business.

You will own the systems, processes, planning rhythms, and performance infrastructure that connect strategy to execution.

You will be expected to identify gaps, make clear decisions, and drive execution, creating the operational backbone that will allow Choco to grow efficiently and with confidence.

Success in this role means establishing a world-class revenue operations function that improves visibility, increases accountability, and helps turn commercial activity into predictable revenue outcomes.

What you'll do Own the commercial operating architecture across systems, processes, forecasting, reporting, planning, and compensation Build and improve the infrastructure that supports the full revenue journey from lead generation through customer expansion Rebuild and simplify fragmented systems, workflows, and reporting foundations to create a more reliable operating model Create a trusted source of truth across sales, marketing, finance, and analytics teams Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve execution, accountability, and decision-making across the commercial organization Develop and raise the standards of the Revenue Operations function while coaching existing operators Apply AI and automation pragmatically to eliminate manual work, improve insight quality, and increase operational leverage What you bring5-6 years of Revenue Operations experience, including 2+ years leading the function within a B2B Saa S organization Demonstrated success building and scaling operating foundations in complex, fast-growing businesses Strong strategic and commercial acumen, with the ability to translate systems, processes, and data into measurable business outcomes Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, drive cross-functional alignment, and lead through collaboration rather than formal authority A hands-on builder who thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership, and creates clarity, structure, and momentum where none previously existed What you get Work on digitalizing core operating systems for food distributors, automating orders, sales and payments in a system that still largely runs on calls and spreadsheets.

Work with an AI product with proven product-market fit, already embedded in distributor workflows and directly affecting order accuracy, speed, and margins.

Join a global team across 6 countries and 40+ nationalities, building a company that has raised $300M+ and reached unicorn status (~$1.2B valuation) with the ambition to define this category end-to-end.

In return, you get real ownership, equity, and the support to do your best work, including competitive compensation, health and wellbeing support, and long-term benefits like a sabbatical (all localized by office).

Collaborate with people who want to own outcomes in a messy, real-world system and make it work at scale.

If you want to work on real problems, take ownership, and raise the bar, we should talk.

Choco is an equal opportunity employer.

We encourage people from all backgrounds to apply.

We are committed to ensuring that our technology is available and accessible to everyone.
