Choco is on a mission to enable the global food system to become sustainable by optimizing the way food is sold, ordered, distributed, and financed. Our AI-focused software connects distributors with their customers to operate waste-free and efficiently. A problem of this magnitude requires a massive scale and only the best people will be able to solve it.
Choco is scaling rapidly in the UK&I market, and every new customer implementation is critical to long-term success. As our customer base grows, ensuring fast, structured, and high-quality onboarding becomes essential.
As an Implementation Manager, you will own the onboarding and implementation of food distributors joining the Choco platform in the UK&I region. Your role will ensure customers launch successfully, adopt the product quickly, and realize value from day one.
You will be the operational driver of customer implementations: coordinating internal teams and customer stakeholders, managing timelines and dependencies, and ensuring projects move smoothly from post-sale handoff to go-live and Customer Success transition.
What You’ll Do
- Own the end-to-end implementation lifecycle from post-sale handoff through go-live and Customer Success transition.
- Drive structured onboarding and implementation programs, ensuring milestones are met and timelines stay on track.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the implementation journey and manage project scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies across multiple concurrent implementations.
- Lead customer kickoff meetings, onboarding sessions, and structured training.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Solution Engineering.
- Support customers with technical integrations including APIs or ERP systems where required.
- Identify risks early, remove blockers, and drive mitigation plans to ensure successful launches and track implementation performance metrics such as time-to-go-live and time-to-first-value.
- Contribute to scalable onboarding frameworks including templates, documentation, and implementation playbooks.
What You Bring
- 2-4+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, customer onboarding, project management, or similar roles.
- Experience managing multiple customer projects simultaneously with clear delivery outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder management and customer communication skills, followed by an ability to bring structure and clarity to complex or fast-moving environments.
- Proactive mindset with strong ownership and problem-solving ability.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.
- Familiarity with APIs, ERP systems, or technical integrations.
- Comfort operating in a fast-growing startup or scale-up environment.
- Fluent English (C1/C2).
Why Choco
- Join a high-performing, ambitious implementation team with real ownership and impact.
- Help to build and refine implementation playbooks, processes, and cadences - not from zero, but at a pivotal scaling moment.
- See clear impact from your work, measured by customer success rather than vanity KPIs.
- Work on a product with purpose and proven traction, driving meaningful adoption in an underserved industry.
- Be part of a culture that values ownership over ego - transparent, collaborative, and execution-focused.
