Choco is on a mission to enable the global food system to become sustainable by optimizing the way food is sold, ordered, distributed, and financed. Our AI-focused software connects distributors with their customers to operate waste-free and efficiently. A problem of this magnitude requires a massive scale and only the best people will be able to solve it.
At Choco, we’re transforming how the food industry connects — and the UK/I market is a key part of that growth story. As our new Head of Sales UK/I, you’ll lead a high-performing mid-market team and take our UK business to the next stage of maturity — scaling deal size, increasing sales velocity, and driving sustained new business growth.
This is more than a quota-carrying role. You’ll be shaping a commercial engine — designing repeatable outbound motions, coaching high-performing AEs, and paving the path to enterprise sales. You’ll have full ownership of the UK/I market, with a direct line to leadership and influence over product, GTM, and future hiring.
What You’ll Do- Lead and coach a team of 4 AEs (plus dotted-line to 2 SDRs) to win and grow key distributor accounts
- Build repeatable outbound motions that drive velocity, larger deals, and early multi-product adoption
- Sell into real businesses — often family-owned, relationship-driven, and complex to navigate
- Partner with SDRs, marketing, and product to generate pipeline and remove ERP blockers
- Establish team rituals, elevate sales execution, and shape the UK go-to-market motion
- Be a sparring partner to leadership — bringing market insights and pushing strategic growth
- Proven track record as a top AE turned sales leader, with 3+ years managing small, high-output teams
- Built outbound-first teams — you don’t wait for pipeline, you generate it
- Led mid-market cycles with complex buyers, short timelines, and growing deal sizes
- Deep understanding of selling into owner-led, offline industries — you know how real businesses buy
- Hands-on coach and systems thinker — you build structure, not just pressure
- Your team trusts you: you bring clarity, empathy, and high standards
- Based in London and ready to lead from the front — in the room, not from the sidelines
- Real ownership from day one — this isn’t a handover, it’s a build
- Fast track to enterprise leadership or future verticals (ads, manufacturers, etc.)
- Elite enablement: Command of the Message, strategic coaching, RevOps support
- A mission with global scale — digitizing the food system across Europe and the US
