Choco is seeking a Customer Success Manager in London to own a portfolio of ~70 SMB and mid-market distributor accounts from implementation handover through renewal. You will build trusted relationships, drive adoption, and manage renewals and growth in a fast-growing environment.

This is primarily an in-office role (4–5 days/week) based in London, with collaboration across Product, Integrations, Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Implementation to remove blockers and deliver measurable outcomes.
