Training Programme Lead Location : Based at the organisation’s Wymondham, Norfolk office and travel as required Salary : £28,000 pro rata Hours : 22.5 hours a week. Flexible hours, generally between 9am and 5pm Contract : 6 months fixed term. Position to be extended if sufficient sales are created during the fixed period Our client is looking for a team member who will be responsible for designing, implementing and marketing their training programme. The team member will be responsible for finding sales leads (for example schools, charities or other public sector organisations), making direct sales, and adjusting the training programme offering based on client feedback. This training programme will support the organisation financially allowing the organisation to continue to provide mental health support for young people.
