CHM in Cambridge is seeking a Tenancy Sustainment Project Worker to provide outreach-based support to individuals recently housed or at risk of tenancy loss. The role is full-time (37.5 hours per week) and will be based in Cambridge CB4 or other locations within Cambridge, on a fixed-term contract of 2 years 9 months.
You will help clients manage tenancy responsibilities, rent, benefits, budgeting, and access to housing services, working with partner agencies and community settings to prevent tenancy loss.
