About the Role
- Deliver, maintain and expand the organization’s Support Line service
- Update and develop new factsheets and other user education materials as required
- Support case workers/advocates with CHC and social care enquiries
- Facilitate links between SCI people, the organization and partner services, referring families to clinical/health expert support teams, networks and advocacy services
- Support fundraising, campaigns and communications
- Ensure callers receive up-to-date specialist information and provide in‑depth support as required
- Link callers in with the organization’s network of support
- Use data and case studies to inform the organization of emerging trends and issues faced by those supported
