CHM is seeking an exceptional Director of People to lead HR, OD, equality and inclusion, and training across the organisation in Buckinghamshire. You will sit on the Executive Team, shaping workforce strategy, culture and capability to deliver public service priorities.
You will provide strategic leadership, build strong relationships with the Fire Authority and senior stakeholders, and drive performance, engagement and wellbeing across the workforce in a complex public sector environment.
