CHM is seeking an Employment Specialist to join their Connect to Work programme in Newcastle upon Tyne.

This role involves supporting individuals with health conditions to secure and retain meaningful employment.

As an Employment Specialist, you will use the Individual Placement & Support model to provide person-centred guidance to around 25 clients.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting young people and overcoming barriers to employment.

Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships are essential for success in this role.
