Our client currently has positions at The Elveden Inn and The Guinness Arms on the Norfolk / Suffolk border. Duty Managers Salary: £29,000 to £30,000 depending on experience

Location: Icklingham IP28 & Elveden IP24

These roles will deliver excellence, inspire others, and develop the teams to continually improve service. The key purpose is to ensure that customer service is exceptional, and that customers leave the pub happier than when they first entered. They will be appointing people who understand the needs of the customer, genuinely care about the customer experience, can manage food service superbly, and get a sense of satisfaction from doing it brilliantly!
