Hours: Full-time, 35 hours a week

Location: Office-based in London, N4 with flexibility to work remotely

Salary: Starting from £33,044 per annum plus excellent benefits

Salary Band and Job Family: Band 2, Charity

You’ll start at an entry point salary of £33,044 per annum, increasing to £35,109 after 6 months service and satisfactory performance and to £37,174 after a further 6 months.

About this job:

Our client is looking for a passionate and experienced leader to join them as their Virtual Communities Manager. This is a key national role overseeing the delivery, growth and continuous improvement of the virtual community and peer support services for people affected by MS. You’ll lead a dedicated team to deliver safe and inclusive online spaces and peer support services that support people to manage life with MS. You’ll also play a central role in shaping how these services grow, ensuring they remain community-led and responsive to the needs of the MS community.
