Location: Milton Keynes Head Office – Some hybrid work possibleÂ
Salary: £51,780.00 Per Annum
Hours: Full time, 35 hours per weekÂ

About the role
This organisation is seeking a dynamic leader to drive the financial growth of the organisation by expanding, diversifying and strengthening the sustainability of voluntary income, in line with their Strategy 2030 and beyond.
You will lead and inspire a high-performing team of fundraising experts covering all disciplines including individual giving, major donors, legacies, challenge events, community fundraising, special events, trusts and corporate relationships.
The role combines strategic oversight with operational involvement, including direct management of key supporter relationships as well as representing the charity at high-level meetings and external events. This charity has doubled its income over the past six years and this charity has ambitious plans to build on successful fundraising initiatives, as well as develop new ones.
