We are working with a forward‐thinking law firm that is looking to appoint an experienced Private Client Partner into a fully remote, employed position.
This opportunity will suit a senior private client lawyer who already has an established client following and a proven track record of originating and retaining work, but who is seeking the stability, security and long‐term structure of employment rather than an equity, consultancy or fee‐share model.
The Role
- Managing and growing their own private client practice
- Bringing a demonstrable portable client following into the firm
- Generating ongoing work through existing relationships and new instructions
- Operating with a high degree of autonomy while being fully supported by firm infrastructure
Private client work will typically include wills, probate, trusts, estate planning and related advisory matters.
Candidate Profile
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
- Currently operating at Partner, Legal Director or Senior Associate level
- Clear evidence of a client following
- Proven ability to generate sustainable fee income
- Commercial, self‐sufficient and comfortable working in a remote environment
- Looking for an employed Partner position rather than consultancy or fee‐share
