I am working closely with a top-tier Legal 500–ranked law firm in London that is seeking to appoint a high-calibre Private Client Solicitor into its market-leading private client practice. This is a rare opportunity to join a team recognised for advising on some of the most complex and high-value onshore private client matters in the UK, acting for an exceptionally sophisticated client base.
The role sits within a highly respected Legal 500 private client team known for its technical strength and discreet handling of substantial private wealth. The successful candidate will advise HNW and UHNW individuals, families, trustees and family offices on intricate UK private client issues, often involving significant asset structures and multi-generational planning.
The work is intellectually demanding and includes:
- Complex UK estate and succession planning
- Bespoke wills and high-value probate and estate administration
- Advanced inheritance tax and capital gains tax planning
- Structuring and advising on sophisticated trust arrangements
