A highly regarded Legal 500âranked firm based in Wimbledon is seeking a Court of Protection Solicitor (2â6 PQE) to join its growing and wellâestablished team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with solid Court of Protection experience to take the next step in their career within a supportive, forwardâthinking firm known for the quality of its private client work.
The Role
- Handle a varied and highâquality caseload, including:
- Deputyship applications (property & affairs and welfare)
- Ongoing deputyship management
- Applications to the Court of Protection
- Advising clients, families, and professional deputies on complex mental capacity issues
- Working closely with vulnerable clients and their support networks
There is genuine scope for progression, autonomy, and involvement in business development and team growth.

- Qualified solicitor with 2â6 years' PQE in Court of Protection work
