The Role
- Handle a varied and highâquality caseload, including:
- Deputyship applications (property & affairs and welfare)
- Ongoing deputyship management
- Applications to the Court of Protection
- Advising clients, families, and professional deputies on complex mental capacity issues
- Working closely with vulnerable clients and their support networks
