The Role
- Advising on a broad range of sophisticated family law matters, including:
- High-value financial remedy proceedings

- Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
- Private children matters, often with an international dimension
- Cohabitation and wealth protection strategies
The work is intellectually challenging, often involving multi-jurisdictional elements, trusts, business assets, and reputationally sensitive cases.
